Bakery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team at SSS FOODWORKS INC. as a key member of our bakery operations.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders.
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and are presented in an attractive manner.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and other machinery.
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Bakery and Pastry Arts or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
The Bakery Manager will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a team of experienced bakers and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
