Bakery Specialist

The Good Time Bakery is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
