The Good Time Bakery Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at The Good Time Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong work ethic and team player attitude.
Working Conditions:
