Community Support Specialist

At STRIVE Support Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Community Support Specialist to join our team. This rewarding role involves providing support and guidance to clients in various settings, including group homes and community-based facilities.
About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing client needs and developing personalized rehabilitation programs
- Providing one-on-one support and guidance to clients in various settings
- Liaising with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
- Conducting follow-up assessments and evaluating program effectiveness
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in social work or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mandt System training and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
