Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented Insurance Broker to join our sales team in Morrisburg, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling general insurance policies to the public, working closely with clients to provide accurate quotations and secure coverage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell general insurance policies to the public by acting as the initial contact with applicants
  • Obtain necessary information from potential clients to provide accurate quotations and coverage
  • Place risks with appropriate markets, completing applications and arranging premium payments
  • Ensure timely issuance and receipt of policies, confirming accuracy and sending to clients
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and finalize sales processes
  • Maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support and product recommendations

  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Sales-oriented and knowledgeable about risk and insurance products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to handle stressful situations
  • Professional demeanor, maintaining trust and confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
