Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Frank and Gino Grill and Pasta House/Greco Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient kitchen operations to meet customer demand and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and quality control standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize ordering.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
