Restaurant Operations Manager

At Chow Family Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
- Staff Supervision: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure excellent customer service.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and health and safety protocols.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans and implement events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in budget management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
