About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Chow Family Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans and implement events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
