Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Develop and implement menu plans that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that our food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Staff ManagementLead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and excess.
Customer ServiceEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Financial ManagementManage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports, ensuring that we are operating within our budget and meeting our financial targets.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing plans to promote our restaurant and attract new customers, while maintaining our existing customer base.
Requirements- Education
Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
ExperienceCandidate must have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
LanguageCandidate must be fluent in English.
Work HoursCandidate must be available to work 30 hours per week.
