At Capitol Pub, we're seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in ensuring the quality of our dishes. You will also be responsible for training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
