We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Capitol Pub. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Management: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and safe for staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
