We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Capitol Pub. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
