About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Capitol Pub. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu is consistently delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and meet the high standards of Capitol Pub.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to deliver our menu.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team, ensuring that they are engaged and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
