About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for independent, proactive work to set up and monitor studies, complete reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Submitting protocol, consent documents for ethics/IRB approval, as well as preparing regulatory submissions is also a part of this role.
  • Balancing sponsor-generated queries and taking responsibility for study cost efficiency are essential tasks.
  • You will also prepare and review study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals.
  • Potential opportunities to assist in training and mentoring fellow CRAs exist.

Your Background:

  • You should have 12+ months of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA.
  • A college degree in medicine, science, or equivalent is required.
  • Previous monitoring experience in medium-sized studies, including study start-up and close-out, is necessary.
  • You should have knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and travel at least 60% of the time (international and domestic) is essential.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
