Description:

  1. Provide administrative support to a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing.
  2. Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements, delivering high-quality results on time.
  3. Liaise between Sales and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations.
  4. Coordinate new sales initiatives/campaigns by researching, preparing and distributing data to Sales, driving business growth.
  5. Maintain project notes, train staff on new applications, and update the company database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Update and maintain contact data/information in the database, enhancing customer relationships.
  7. Cordinate customer visits at all stages, preparing agendas, confirming personnel availability, scheduling meetings, and arranging logistics.
  8. Log daily/weekly/monthly Sales activity, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  9. Prepare reports and customer documentation, showcasing exceptional writing skills.
  10. Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  1. College Education in Business or Administration, or related experience.
  2. 0-1 year office administrative experience.
  3. 0-1 year sales/service sector experience.
