Job Title: IT Manager

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the alignment between the capital program and IT requirements, ensuring integration from a system, technology, and data standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the IT PMO on system/technology integration and interface management.
  • Engage with the IT PMO throughout the program's design, construction, handover, and closeout stages.
  • Deliver coordinated reporting on IT needs and work jointly to address technical challenges and issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on technology selection, procurement, and implementation strategies.
  • Manage contractor queries, RFIs, and change proposals related to IT matters.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in a relevant field of study + 8 years of relevant experience in planning, design, and/or management of complex technology projects.
  • 10-15 years of professional experience in planning, designing, and managing complex technology projects involving a wide range of technologies, technology generations, and integration platforms.
  • Experience in drafting Solution Assessment Proposals, Statements of Work, and Solution Design documents at the project level.
  • Proven technical expertise in various Application Architecture components, including SOA, Web Services, ESB, REST, JSON, UML, XML, Java, J2EE, OPC UA, IIoT, MQTT, and AMQP.
  • Extensive experience with OT technologies, industrial systems, and major construction projects is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in security architecture, design, and planning across diverse technology stacks is required.
