Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team at Sika. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect outstanding payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and operations departments
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and issues related to short payments, reconciliations, and discrepancies
  • Provide statements, invoice copies, and supporting documents to customers
  • Assist with updating customer master data and releasing orders in a timely fashion
  • Escalate issues and problem accounts to Credit Management as required
  • Send proof of deliveries upon request from customers

Requirements
  • College diploma in accounting or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual in French and English required
  • Enrollment in the CCP program completion or in-process, through the Credit Institute of Canada is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of credit/collections experience
  • Working knowledge and experience in ERP systems, specifically SAP an asset
Working Conditions
