We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team at Sika. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving collection issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and investigate disputed invoices, reconciliations, and discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service departments to address customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
- Document Management: Provide statements, invoice copies, and supporting documents to customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- System Maintenance: Update customer master data, release orders, and investigate issues to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
- Education: College Diploma in Accounting or equivalent experience (DEP, AEC, or DEC in Quebec).
- Language: Bilingual in French and English required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of credit/collections experience.
- Skills: Working knowledge and experience in ERP systems, specifically SAP is an asset.
