About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 32 hours per week with a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Priorities and Ensure Compliance: Prioritize work tasks, ensure adherence to established procedures, and meet deadlines.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities: Perform administrative duties for the establishment, including office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer Records and Policies: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including office relocation, equipment procurement, and supply management.
  • Prepare Reports and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee Office Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operation.

Work Environment and Requirements: This role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
