Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Twisters Donair & Pizza. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including tasks such as:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our organizational standards
- Delegating work to office support staff to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping
- Coordinating and planning for office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in an administrative role, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
