An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at AppleOne Employment Services. In this role, you will have the chance to utilize your expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration to drive business success.
About the RoleThis dynamic position involves managing the full cycle recruitment process, including onboarding, as well as handling employee inquiries, payroll, and HR record-keeping for over 50 employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of Employment Standards legislation and ensuring accurate records are maintained in our HR Information System.
Responsibilities- Full cycle recruitment, including advertising job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, facilitating performance management, and promoting a positive work environment.
- HR administration, including processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and providing general HR support.
- Maintaining knowledge of Employment Standards legislation, including ESA standards.
- Ad-hoc HR duties as required.
- 4-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a standalone HR capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Standards legislation and other relevant laws.
- CHRP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
