We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Manager to support the daily operations of a thriving real estate investment firm. Located in St-Laurent, QC, this role offers a unique chance to join a company with ambitious growth plans.

About the Role
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage supplies, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including scheduling, travel coordination, and drafting communications.
  • Social Media Assistance: Help create engaging content for social media platforms and monitor online engagement.
  • Expense Management: Track and report expenses using Excel, collaborating with the accounting team.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, candidate communications, and onboarding processes.
About You
  • Fluency: Fluent in Quebecois French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or similar roles.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills for financial tracking and reporting, experience in social media management, and recruitment support is a bonus.
  • Priorities: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
