At David Aplin Recruiting, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in building strategic partnerships with high-net-worth clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Estate and Tax planning for the High Net Worth market and 5-10 years of experience in a professional services firm at a minimum Associate Partner level or in a Senior Client Facing role in Tax and Estate Planning within a Financial Institution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and establish strategic partnerships with high-net-worth clients.
- Engage in activities aimed at bolstering the firm's brand, reputation, and visibility through public speaking, writing articles, and other defined initiatives.
- Serve as an ambassador to build networks and profiles.
- Achieve superior financial performance for the team/department/division under your purview.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
- 5-10 years of experience in a professional services firm or a Senior Client Facing role in Tax and Estate Planning within a Financial Institution.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
- Strong understanding of Estate and Tax planning for the High Net Worth market.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
