Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Front Desk Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence with patients, practitioners, and various organizations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with insurance claims and billing inquiries.
  • Monitor and restock supplies, ensuring inventory is tracked and maintained.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Perform all duties outlined for the front desk role, including answering and directing phone calls, maintaining a tidy reception and clinical area, and performing clerical tasks.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in an office environment, preferably in administration or a senior role in reception.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Professional and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
