Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevOps Architect to join our team at Infosys. This role will entail working with key stakeholders to apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. As a Salesforce DevOps Architect, you will play a crucial role in creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code deliverables, and leading validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce DevOps Architect, you will be responsible for:
  1. Designing scalable enterprise solutions in Salesforce platform
  2. Release management using tools like GIT, GITHUB, AZURE Devops and COPADO in Salesforce implementation projects
  3. Experience in translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud involving Integration with other systems
  4. Very good understanding Salesforce product roadmap and ability to compare with other CRM products
  5. Very good understanding of Best Practice of Salesforce platform implementations
