About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team at CognisantMD. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service throughout their journey with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client issues, and to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to our clients on the effective use of our healthcare solutions, and ensure that they have the necessary resources and tools to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to address these areas.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex client issues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in healthcare technology and solutions.
