About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their business journey with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and provide innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our customers are equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in English and local language, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business processes and industries.
