About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team at CognisantMD. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service throughout their journey with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to address their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client issues, ensuring that our clients receive seamless support and service.
  • Provide training and onboarding to new clients, ensuring that they have a smooth and successful experience with our products and services.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our customer success processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex client issues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
