About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team at OceanMD, a WELL Health Company. As a key member of our Client Relations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Identify and solve problems, resulting in exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
