Senior Business Development Representative

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attaining quota through the sales of new business in the small business segment. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive business growth and success.
Your Day-to-Day- Log into the national sales queue to access new leads and opportunities
- Actively prospect for new business by engaging with potential customers and partners
- Update sales activities in the CRM system to track progress and performance
- Meet average weekly KPIs for sales activities to drive business results
- Present ideas in a clear and professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone to secure new business
- Manage your pipeline in various sales stages to ensure timely follow-up and conversion
- Attain monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue growth
- Demonstrated success as a top performer with a focus on new business acquisition
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full sales cycle management
- Skill in short sales cycle pipeline management to quickly close deals
- Consultative selling experience in acquiring net new accounts to drive business growth
- A competitive mindset and results-driven approach to sales
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- French speaking mandatory to communicate effectively with clients
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience considered

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on location and experience.
