About the Role

As an Outside B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our market share, acquiring new customers, and maintaining current relationships in a customer-facing environment. You will work closely with our Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Canon office equipment products and solutions to small to medium-sized business accounts while generating new customers in an assigned geographical territory
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to prospective customers, creating proposals that speak to their needs
  • Perform all direct sales functions in a business-to-business, customer-facing environment
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide ROI solutions to existing and new customers, increasing efficiencies in workflow, reducing costs, and improving quality of print documents and document management processes
  • Expand Canon's wallet share within base accounts
  • Drive customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
  • Provide clients with the highest levels of customer service throughout the sales life cycle
