Kahma Supplements is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional teams.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Representing the organization, or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls; formulating and approving promotional campaigns; and approving overall human resources planning

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
