Compensation:

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

The Franchise Business Consultant will be responsible for all activities and sales results in their assigned district. This may include a combination of corporate and franchised stores.

  • Develop and implement individual business strategies for each store in the district.
  • Maintain regular communication with franchisees to monitor performance, suggest improvements, and remove obstacles where possible.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The success of this role will be measured by:

  • Sales growth and profitability in the district.
  • Franchisee satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Effective communication and liaison between franchisees and Head Office departments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college-level education in business, retail, or marketing.
  • Extensive retail experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and point-of-sale software.
