Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at Dexterra Group. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a chance to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify emerging trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Indigenous Relations team to develop strategic initiatives within Indigenous communities.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting for each product and service.
  • Establish key performance metrics to measure business success.
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales plans for the sales portfolio.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activity and sales pipeline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree or technical diploma in commerce, business administration, engineering, or related field is an asset;
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and/or business development;
  • Previous sales experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in the general oil and gas service sector and specifically in oilfields rentals or workforce accommodations is an asset;
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be flexible to travel.
Benefits
