Regional Operations Manager

Savage is a leading provider of asphalt terminal services in Western Canada, and we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to oversee our operations in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who plan, organize, and manage asphalt production and distribution at our terminals in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of operations staff to ensure safe and efficient asphalt production and distribution
- Developing and executing business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Managing budgets and financial performance to ensure alignment with company goals
- Collaborating with customers and logistics providers to ensure smooth and safe operations
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of asphalt production and distribution operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
