Administrative Director for Office Operations

XL Logistics seeks an experienced Administrative Director to lead our office operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to support staff.
The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, multitasking ability, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals
- Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity
- Establish clear priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail
The selected candidate will work 35-40 hours per week in a permanent position with English as the primary working language.
