Job Description

XL Logistics seeks an experienced Administrative Director to lead our office operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to support staff.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, multitasking ability, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity
  • Establish clear priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail
Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will work 35-40 hours per week in a permanent position with English as the primary working language.
