Calibrate is pleased to partner with Fasken, a leading international law firm, to recruit a Director of Pursuits.

This strategic role will have a firmwide scope and will report to the Head of Marketing and Business Development.

The Director will be a seasoned business development leader, responsible for developing and executing a firmwide approach to strategic pursuits.

This position may be based in one of our office locations:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead key cross-office and practice strategic pursuits, working closely with regional proposal resources, to deliver high-caliber proposals.
  • Guide and coach lawyers, proposal specialists, and the Business Development team to create compelling client-centric proposals and presentations.
  • Drive innovation and process efficiency in proposal development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in proposal development, ideally in professional services or legal environments, with extensive experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional RFPs.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing hybrid teams.
