Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain productive relationships with Vice-presidents and Directors of our Regional Insurers.
- Personally manage a portfolio of key client accounts and establish strong networks between the client organization and stakeholders.
- Responsible for the on-going sales support of the Regional Sales Team spread-out throughout the country.
- Lead solution design efforts and collaborate with key internal partners to leverage data-driven analyses to improve performance.
- Utilize a deep understanding of Belron Canada operations and the client's industry to propose strategic solutions that add value to their business.
- Manage business results of several large and complex insurance partners by analyzing market trends and monitoring financial results.
- Work with the digital experience team and the client to conceptualize elements of digital strategy/digital-enabled business change projects.
- Negotiate contractual agreements with each client account.
- Achieve annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans for the insurance segment.
- Mentor a team of 5 regional sales managers to achieve their goals.
- University Degree- Undergraduate in Business Administration or related field; MBA is an asset.
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in a similar role at a national level.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Results-oriented with a structured approach.
- Possess a strategic mindset.
- Ability to rally and influence others, along with strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both French and English.
- Available to travel within Canada up to 20% of the time.
