About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Placement Officer to join our team at Unica College. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process for various positions within the college.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to attract top talent
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection processes to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce
    • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain and develop existing staff
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on staffing policies and procedures
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
    • Provide support and guidance to employees on career development and professional growth
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
