Description :

  • Responsable de l'ensemble du processus du cycle des comptes créditeurs

  • Responsable des dépenses du personnel et des partenaires

  • Responsable des rapprochements de cartes de crédit

  • Participer à la clôture du mois

  • Responsable du calcul des commissions de vente

  • Identifier les problèmes de contrôle interne et mettre en place des contre-mesures

  • Assurer la suppléance des autres membres de l'équipe en cas de besoin.

  • La connaissance des taxes de vente gouvernementales est considérée comme un atout

  • Autres tâches ad hoc à la demande du gestionnaire

Compétences :

  • Comptes fournisseurs, Traitement des factures, Rapprochement, Facturation, Traitement des paiements, Payable

  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire

  • Solide compréhension du cycle de la comptabilité fournisseurs

  • Bonne connaissance du cycle comptable complet et des règles comptables pour les entreprises privées

  • La connaissance d'un ou plusieurs systèmes ERP est un atout.

  • Excellentes capacités de communication en anglais et en français

  • Solides compétences en Excel

  • Souci du détail et haut niveau de précision

  • Bonne capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais

  • Solides compétences organisationnelles

  • Leadership et capacité à résoudre rapidement les problèmes

Description:

  • Responsible for full process of accounts payable cycle

  • Responsible for staff and partner expenses

  • Responsible of credit card reconciliations

  • Participate in month end closing

  • Responsible for sales Commission calculations

  • Identify internal control issues and establish counter measures

  • Act as a backup if needed for other team members

  • Government sales tax filings is considered an asset

  • Other Ad hoc tasks as required by manager

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in similar role

  • Solid understanding of accounts payable cycle

  • Good knowledge of the full accounting cycle and accounting rules for private companies

  • Knowledge of one or more ERP systems is an asset

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Detail oriented and high level of accuracy

  • Works well under pressure and respects deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Leadership and quick problem solving
