Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hôtel Château Cartier. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and guest feedback.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
