We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
