Job Summary

At Humans of HR, we are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Leadership Specialist to lead our core HR functions, labor relations, and union engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to drive business success while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage labor relations, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Provide HR support to employees, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain employee relations, promoting a culture of respect and trust.
  • Talent acquisition: source, select, and onboard top talent to meet business needs.
  • Policy compliance: ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Compensation: design and implement competitive compensation packages.
  • HR program development: create and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR is essential, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
