We are currently looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our Asset Recovery division at LendCare. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the process of liquidating our company’s assets. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining and fostering positive relationships with our vendors while ensuring the company's interests are protected. In a vibrant and fast-paced setting, you will collaborate with colleagues while exercising independent judgment to guarantee the effective remarketing of our assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive daily evaluations of active accounts to track progress and pinpoint areas needing attention.
- Consistently and professionally engage with vendors, ensuring clear communication and cultivating mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Strategically manage vendor expectations by aligning their goals with the company’s financial and operational objectives.
- Analyze vendor requests and make informed decisions, focusing on effective cost management without compromising service quality or asset value.
- Follow company policies and procedures, adhering to the established workflow to maintain organization and efficiency in asset recovery operations.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in customer service and/or administrative positions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities to meet strict deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Availability for full-time work.
