We are currently looking for a Billing and Collections Representative for our Lendcare division, who will be instrumental in upholding our financial integrity. This role encompasses a variety of essential duties that are vital for delivering exceptional customer support and executing administrative tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide outstanding service by resolving inquiries and offering solutions related to their accounts.
  • Prepare and distribute essential billing documents, including balance statements, release letters, transaction histories, payment schedules, and contracts.
  • Document and organize customer interactions, financial transactions, feedback, and complaints for effective tracking and resolution.
  • Assess the performance of Collection Agents and contribute to the enhancement of collection strategies and customer service practices.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies through thorough file reviews and follow-ups.
  • Process payments accurately and verify account information to ensure proper setup and documentation.
  • Handle account restructures, including data entry in the Asset system, preparation of addendums, and customer confirmation of modified loan terms.
  • Identify and annotate accounts to streamline the debt sale process and improve debt recovery efforts.
  • Proactively identify and address potential fraud or discrepancies in customer transactions.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative, or support roles.
  • Familiarity with Asset and Edge systems is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Availability for full-time work.
