About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team at goeasy. As a key member of our Asset Recovery team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the liquidation process of our company's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough daily reviews of active accounts to monitor progress and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Engage with vendors consistently and professionally, ensuring clear communication and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strategically manage vendor expectations by aligning their objectives with the company's financial and operational goals.
  • Analyze and make informed decisions on vendor requests, focusing on effective cost control without compromising the quality of service or asset value.
  • Adhere to company directives and procedures, following the provided workflow to maintain organization and efficiency in asset recovery processes.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting priorities to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
