Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Floor Expert to join our team at Impressive Floors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in the flooring industry. This role offers a competitive salary of $52,500 per year, plus commission pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including automobile allowance, dental care, extended health care, paid time off, and store discount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers.
  • Converting sales leads to complete sales transactions.
  • Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
  • Achieve individual sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inform existing and potential customers about special offers.
  • Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Manage and post on social media platforms to generate leads and interest in customers.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of sales experience within the flooring industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment.
  • A willingness to grow and advance career in sales.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and store representatives.
  • The ability to genuinely listen to customers, formulating a personalized response to their needs.
  • The curiosity to understand how things work with the intention of improving service.
  • Recognize the importance of excellent professional communication in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work in a diverse culture.
  • A knack for problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to Comfortably navigate hurdles using critical thinking and good judgement.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems or equivalent.
