About the Role

At Impressive Floors, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs, providing valuable insights to inform sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Promote and sell Impressive Floors' products and services to customers, using your expertise and knowledge of the flooring industry to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales experience within the flooring industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
