Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our Canadian marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI
Requirements
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, including senior management roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
