Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our Human Resources team at Personnel Search. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing talent acquisition, development, and performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR professionals across multiple locations in Canada, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, including recruitment, employee growth, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to drive the HR strategic agenda and contribute to business growth.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • CPHR designation or equivalent, with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment, employee growth, and compensation.
  • Experience in leading HR teams across multiple locations in Canada, with fluency in both English and French.
